solarforceflashlight-sales.com - 5 days from HK to Australia. What's the secret?

This is generally unheard of, and has been the case with both of my orders from them.

So, Hong Kong Air Mail is Hong Kong Air mail, right? Then how is it that goods from other HK based vendors, once they are shipped, consistently take a significantly longer time to arrive? What I am missing?

Normally HK post is about 10 days, except over Xmas New Year, when it’s much slower.
But air mail to my letterbox (Hong Kong to provincial QLD) is 4-5 days.
Also couriers such as DHL and UPS are consistently quick.

Out of over 100 items ordered from China in the last 12 months, many higher value items were quick, eg: ordered Friday, delivered Monday is the best case.

Next time I will keep a note of the quicker transport.

One shipment from Manafont, where they sent a “free gift” of some crystal mud, was opened at customs and delayed by a few days.

On the other hand I’m still waiting for a C3 from an Englishman living in Spain selling Chinese knives and torches on ebay. Ordered last December, and the replacement from him too ! ( l8177901es ) I’m sure it will appear after he sees this !

L2P body, L2T head with B6 bezel, S11 tail switch, a B3 bezel, 4 pack of coloured replacement lenses, and 2 reverse clicky inner switch sets. It was too much to spend really, but I’m confident that I’m appropriately solarforced up now Smile
