Any aftermarket lenses available for the SF L2P?

I was thinking about getting one for my Solarforce L2P that has an anti reflective coating on it. Anybody know where I can get one? Also, do they really make any noticeable difference in light output?

Thanks!

Steve P.

Have you tried flashlightlens.com ?

Thanks, Trooplewis

I measured my lens and they don’t seem to have one that fits. I emailed them. Maybe they’ll have an answer. Then again, maybe I should just use the stock lens and forget about it……. :~

Well Troop, these douchebags you mentioned never replied to me. I guess the flashlight lens business is off the chain!! They must not have time to respond to potential customers. F em…….

i wonder how much better those UCL lenses are than the kaidomain multicoated ones. they have one for 2.33 and one for 3.03
i have the $3.03 and they are pretty sweet. i ordered 5 and one came with a micro nick in it. hardly noticeable once installed.

does anyone have the UCL and the kaidomain to compare? i think the shipping from flashlightlens.com might kill it for me since i dont live in the continental US

This being BLF, I’d go with the KaiDomain ones. I’ve used them and they work great. If you really poke around you will find people who have done lux readings that say they work like they are supposed to. I don’t know how much better other lenses could be.

my thoughts exactly.

Right on, just checked and Surefire lenses are too thick, so Kaidomain would be the way to go

Got some KD UCL lenses, IMO they are well worth the money and they really have the coating.
