It measures:
Thread diameter: 24mm
Thread pitch: almost certain that it’s 1mm
Pill height: 14mm
Bottom part of the pill is 21mm
I took this out of an UltraFire KF-T60, which for various reasons I’m not going to get into here, is no longer a part of my functional flashlight collection.
Basically I’m just looking for a cheap but decent host to put this in. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks!
Not entirely sure, but it looks like it might be about right for a C8
I was able to rule that out with a reference to the C8 module listed at intl-outdoor.com. Thread diameter for that one is listed as 22.5mm 
I think it will fit a few uf lights that are not C8 lights but similar. Like the Wf980L I just got.

Buy an empty P60 dropin and a P60 host and put LED+driver in there? :)
