Yesterday, I received a DX package 12 days after ordering. Mighty fast, even by “pre-war” standars.
There may be some truth in this announcement.

DX is and has been the slowest shipper of all the Chinese dealers. Dinodirect has been the fastest for me in the past few months. You just have to go with the hot hand. I am still waiting on a DX package from way back in early June. I got 3-4 DD that I placed after that time. DX is on the verge of an “avoid” in my book.
They are slow, slow, slow
I ordered 3 - C10’s in early Feburary, took 2 months to ship, 1 month to arrive (they were wrong item) 1 week to respond to my email. It then took me 1 week to upload the photos that they asked for. (my fault, what’s the hurry, right?) In the mean time I ordered other lights from TMart and received them before they responded to the photos! Then it was several more back and forths, each one taking more than 1 week for them to respond. Finally I got an RMA and I sent them back. That was a month ago……………I am waiting…………
I understand that the ordering and shipping could be fixed and they could be back in stride. (little effort, large distances covered), and I also know what a pain it is for a company to deal with problems, but I see no evidence yet of a turn-around. We’ll see.

When I ordered it, I thought it was only a “retro” style MP3 player in the shape of a cassette tape that had a headphone jack and read SD cards. It is all of that but it also will pop into any cassette tape deck and play the mp3’s through the deck! Because of these kind of items, I am really looking forward to being able to do business with them once again.

Overseas warehouse. Yea, a two car garage with 6 items in it. I’d like to know where these warehouses are & what is in them. My first flashoholic order was from DX………thought I’d hit the jackpot till it took 9 weeks for order to arrive. Only time I ordered from them. I’ll wait & see. I do hope they get it straight cause they do have lots of great stuff (great prices too).
