The dealer says they should be available next year sometime.  Don't have a ETA though.

Also update on the lanyard attachment:  the attachment point is actually retractable!  You can push it in and out.  Based on google translate+shoudian.com, I believe this is an actual design feature.

Unfortunately some members of cpf seems to be satisfied with it. The good thing

is that their Budget Light section are getting smaller by the day, and our forum are

getting bigger. Budget Light fans are smart Wink

I like it! That's a beautiful little light.

Anybody want to try to organize something like that here on BLF?

Many our members were displeased with CPF mil.spec hate against budget lights and probably others that did not fit their commercial point of view.

On topic.

Love the light but the price is a bit steep.

The maker is only asking about $12 usd. Cost $25 once it ended up on cpf with post incl though. I love mine and everyone I've showed it to wants one. I'd buy ten if I could get it direct from the maker. But you need someone who can write/read chinese.

You could try buy through a 'taobao' agent.  I've never deal with one before, but its something you could consider.  I looked into it, but I fel the english communication with the agent was not very good.  It was hard to be sure about what i was buying.

the DQG tiny 2/3 AAA, uses 2/3AAA nimh batteries.  I will have some photos and stuff up on my blog, soon.  Unfortunately the head does not work and I have to send it back.

tao bao agent - someone who buys from taobao on your behalf and forwards it too you.  I found communication an issue.  I'd prefer to buy from the dealer at cpfmarketplace.

I haven't heard of him making a tiny 18650, but I think shiningbeams s-mini is a neat and small 18650 light.  I think xeno make a pretty small 18650 light too

I tried going directly to the maker, but the problem was the shipping for a single light was about 25-30 usd. And yes, the alu version was 11,5 and the stainless 15 usd, the rest was Shipping and handling

MTO, come to the dark side.

post is up for the 2/3AAA version.  It's not a bad option, if you want something even smaller.  Unfortunately the batteries can let it down slighty... there is a lack of a LSD version and I'm still trying to find an 'ideal' charger for the batteries

yeah,we may called it culture barrier, i am also really bad at English, but i fall in love with it. some people get here after leaving BLF, does it reasonable that someone take them as mods, and here are budgets?

Flashlight may bring me a sunshine~
