I got to say Foy has it right, my favorite edc is the L2M and the L2. I’ve put 3 amp Intl-Outdoor dropins in each, both also with the A001 head. Then I used oversized O-rings and Teflon tape on the head threads. IMR 18350 in the shorty and a 3100 mah in the regular. Both spent 2 days at the bottom of the pool and no sign of water in either. Both also mount very well on my rifle or shotgun.
I’m with Texas Shooter. Yes, Foy has it about right for me as well. I want an A001 head, badly.
But for now, I have an L2M I built myself from a 1x123a body tube (marked “L2M”) with an HAIII head and an older style fatty tailcap with laynard holes. It’s has a MF UF 3-mode XM-L T6 that hits right close to 3A with a TFF 18340 cell.
Also often carry my self-built L2T with the same HAIII head, an HAIII tailstand tailcap, also loaded with the same MF UF 3-mode drop-in powered to 3A with a TFF 18650 3100mAh cell or a SolarForce V3 2600mAh cell.

Also, I always have my Trustfire Mini-01 running off a TFF 16350 with me almost unnoticeable in my other pocket. And yes, the two larger lights fit just fine in the pocket as well.

I will be giving the uf-t50 a go this winter (coat friendly).
Either a SK68 on eneloops or 14500 or 501a with a XTE R5 3 mode with a SF 16340 in it.
