I have a few of those cells and they are Ok. They are IMR cells so they have a much lower capacity so I don't really use them as much. 3 dollars a cell seems like a good deal if you need IMR cells.

With shipping they are $4 a cell. We just bought 2900 mah panasonic from Kevin for about $6 a cell. For $3 a cell ok but $4 not so good. I would pass. These might be good for e-cigs (safety wise).

True, especially when they may be recycled cells. However those 2900 mah panasonics were a limited time offer. :P

Those cells say new but you don’t know for sure. I just don’t (for the most part) trust E-bay. How much )if you know) are those Panasonic cells we bought normally?
