My wife has seen the light

When i started researching flashlights my wife gave a big sigh “not another bloody gadget” she wasn’t laughing the other day when my little DQG that i won on this fabulous forum saved the day .

My wife and i were on holiday and the hotel that we stayed in had an underground car park to which you were given the keys to enter , one key to get you into the area where the lift was and another for when you exited the lift for another door which took you int the car park area .

Well we went down in the lift got out into a small corridor the lift door shut pitch black couldn’t see a thing lift had gone back up , She’s panicking , “Wait while i just whip my new gadget out” big smile , found the door and saved the day . One up for Gadget Man

Been getting some funny looks since I’ve started wearing my underpants on top of my jeans.

There’s not enough room in there for a torch

Good one! I'm happy that my ex DQG helped your wife to see the light. Smile

That's exactly why everyone should have a keychain light. It's always with you => Easily available if/when you happen to need a light.

My wife rolled her eyes many many time as I acquired lights. Then, she dropped a very expensive bit of jewelry. She made a bee-line to the drawer to get my L2T w/ the High CRI drop-in. She found the jewelry. Now she grabs a light anytime she has to look into a dark space. She also loves my Seraph “mule” I keep on the bedside, perfect on low for nightime “bumps”, or if she needs to get up and get something out in the living room. I’m planning on giving her a SolarForce X3 for her purse, she has asked for “something smaller than my L2Ts.

My wife is just glad that I stopped wearing my underwear over my ears!

She doesn't say anything about the lights, as long as I sell them off and don't keep any. Good thing I love her a lot, Kiss.

After I gave my wife a modded mag AA to use at work, I have not had any more “what have you bought this time” or “why are you always on that blf?”

Love her loads!

My sister was on tour in a small art museum. The guide had a flashlight showing the paintings, and he ran out of batteries. One of those 50 cent keychain lights saved it.She was amazed by the amount of light it had.Asked for another to put on a sports jacket zipper.
