I’m looking for a 1 or 2 18650 thrower , under $24 (uk import tax kicks in at £15/$24)
Whats the best option?
I’ve spent a good while looking at whats out there but there seems to be so many badly done lights. So a few pointers to what people have bought and have had good experiences with would be appreciated.
I bought a Small Sun ZY-T13. It works really nice and I love the dual switch UI. Machining does look like a $24 light though. Its not terrible but you can see its not premium.
I also got a Crelant V9CS which is nice and compact (would fit in a coat pocket). I paid $39.99 for it though, so above your budget.
I hear lots of good things about the Ultrafire HD2010 but I haven’t got one yet. I think they are around the $32 mark.
$15. You’ll be happy enough and then some. Or buy two for less than $30 and you’ll be twice as happy. Just clean the lens real good. They tend to come cloudy. Oh, and make sure you clean up all your conductive threads, contact points with a electronics contact cleaner if you can’t get CRC 2-26 where ya live.
Crelant 7G5CS. Just got the natural color version and it is a thrower! It just beats out my SR51 Olight and is more comfortable to carry. It has a more tightly focused beam. Excellent quality too! Got it at EDC+. Super fast delivery.
Unfortunately. I am having too many problems with gear I am receiving from TMart and the shipping times are extended. I am not getting responses from their customer support after repeated emails.
are you in the US? i got my hd2010 in 2 days from their us shipping center - it was in immaculate condition too… i know some have gotten flashlights that look used though so i guess its a lottery
the way i see it is that you spend $30-35 on a light with paypal… if it doesnt show up or shows up damaged you can email them or just file a claim in paypal… you WILL get your money back too if there is a problem and the seller does not respond.
