I’m a Giants fan but I have to say the Reds sure battled every at bat. What a series. From what I’ve seen so far, they’ve all been exciting. What impresses me most about our team this year is the speed on the field. Lots of triples this year, scoring from first, and covering the field on defense.

Well my Rangers sure did disappoint after being the AL favorite almost the entire season. I’m pulling for the Giants in the NL, hoping someone will finally knock off the luckiest team on the planet, the Cardinals. I’m going to have to pull for the AL in the WS though!
Luck doesn’t win you a world series. You earn it. They proved they were playing better is all. Same as this year.
The Giants are the ones that better hope for some luck. We shall see who goes on.
Remember this. All the wins you have before the playoffs don’t mean much if you don’t make it to the big show.
Did the Cubs make it this year 
Luck didn’t bring the Cardinals back from 6 runs down in game 5 or give the Giants 3 straight wins in Cincinnati. Whoever goes on will have earned it. Sad to see Jeter go down with a freak injury like that but none of the other Yankees could pick it up. Verlander sure was good. Rangers and Atlanta going out like that sure shows the premium of winning a division. Go Vogeltron!

Game 7. Can you believe it?
Obviously they are a great team and clutch and all that. A sensible person would agree the best team that night wins and that’s all there is too it. It’s just hard to make sense of them digging themselves out of such incredible holes.
P.S. If you haven’t noticed I’m still butthurt from last season. I attended WS game 3 with my father (a Cards fan) only to see them destroy Texas 16-7. I grew up in nowhere TN and everyone is a Cards fan based on geography. I will never hear the end of it. :zipper_mouth_face:

I have to go with our American League brothers. Connecticut routes 50-50 for Yankees or Red Sox. In my case Red Sox (But for the grace of God, I could have been a Yankee fan!)
