Anybody baked a Sand/Yellow/Gold SolarForce L2?

Did a bit of a search to see if someone has posted an example of a Gold SF L2 being baked without result . . wondering if it looks different than the black examples I’ve seen?

Also, can anybody confirm that the anno can be stripped back to the base silver if the bake job doesn’t satisfy?

Haven’t done a gold/sand/yellow L2 myself, but I would imagine that they’d just end up slightly lighter in colour. That’s what typically happens with silver anodizing anyway. It becomes a slightly lighter silver.

I did strip a light down after 'baking' to a roasty golden color. I didn't notice any difference to the underlying aluminum, or change in difficulty of removal.

silver/gold go a lighter color. Not worth baking. I baked the crap out of a black light and it went gold but it took a serious amount of heat and there wasn’t much ano left.

Well, my “sand” is really gold and lighter isn’t any better than yellow (as my wife might take it if it turns yellow) - guess I might skip a waste of time and go for the deanno.

EDIT: Will Purple Power work like Greased Lightning
