Sorry for the super late introduction. I bookmarked front page and never knew there was a sub-forum where you introduce yourself.
I live in Vancouver, Canada and I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and camping… so naturally I’ve been EDC-ing flashlights most of the time.
I also practice visual art (oil painting) and love taking photographs of the local landscape.
Nice to meet you all… I don’t post much, but I am planning to upload some beamshots time to time.

this is painting I am currently working on right now… it’s quite large like 6’ X 8’ :slight_smile:

A belated welcome to GLF, tgx78. The beautiful painting on the left reminds me of night riding at dusk in a local Forest Preserve here in Illinois. There's a spot where the trail crosses a very large prairie and as I approach the woods at the far end, my flashlight transforms the forest from a dark mass into individual trees.

Nicely done!

Welcome to BLF, tgx78. Just one question. Wouldn’t it be faster to just take a photo of the beam shot? All kidding aside, very nice work.

@ Raccoon City- I don’t know what “TGX” is, but I’m pretty sure I’m buying what that young lady is selling. Dang, those Madison Avenue folks.
