Soshine 2800mAh

Hi there,

I have 4 pcs of Soshine 2800mAh

http://www.dealextreme.com/p/soshine-protected-18650-3-7v-2800mah-lithium-batteries-with-case-black-2-battery-pack-28678

When I charge them with my PILA IBC, two of them gives green + fast red blinking light on the Pila (expl: Batteries defect and cannot be charged)

Seems I cannot charge them fully, voltage after charging is 4.00v

The other two does charge full, voltage after charging is 4.10v

What can be the explanation for this?

The 4.00v batteries work good in my flashlights.

Usually internal resistance

Always remember , the easiest thing in the world to do , is to expel hot air from your lungs and through some vocal chords ..
The resulting sound may , or may not be worth listening too ….

Some errors are normal, maybe the problem is the charger
