Hi there,

I have 4 pcs of Soshine 2800mAh

When I charge them with my PILA IBC, two of them gives green + fast red blinking light on the Pila (expl: Batteries defect and cannot be charged)

Seems I cannot charge them fully, voltage after charging is 4.00v

The other two does charge full, voltage after charging is 4.10v

What can be the explanation for this?

The 4.00v batteries work good in my flashlights.
