Suggestions on What to Do - Incorrect Item Sent by Supplier

Hi,

I ordered a SKU: 64274 AC85-265V Power Driver for 5 Watt LED driver from GoodLuckBuy.com last September 18 for a 5W 220VAC line powered LED lamp that I am building for my room. Most of the lamps that I have assembled use either 1*3W, 3*1W, 5*1W or 7*1W since drivers for 1*5W (Edison style 6.5-7V, 680-700mA 2S2P LEDs) 220VAC line powered are quite hard to come by.

I was happy to receive my order after just a little more than 7 days but was very disappointed that I was sent a different driver than that pictured in GoodLuckBuy.com’s product page. I was sent what appears to be a 5*1W AC85-265V power driver.

Here’s a link to the product description page of what I ordered: 刘清清|西南交大刘清清|江西新余刘清清|华信通闹事员工刘清清|刘清清人品|刘清清简历

Should I try to get GoodLuckBuy to replace the incorrect item that they sent me or should I immediately submit a Paypal dispute?

Your inputs or contact details of responsive CS reps from GoodLuckBuy will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Lyonn

Contact them for the right product. A driver would be cheap to post back if you had to.

If they messed up, I would not want to incur any costs to ship back an item. They just have to send me the right product. That’s my view of it.
Ask for a refund/reshipment or dispute.
