Not a good last couple of weeks. Missing two orders from manafont. They refuse to do anything of course. Filed with Paypal.
Now I get an on-sale impulse buy of a 502B from Tmart that has no bezel and no drop-in (?).
How is Tmart for rectifying slip-ups like this? I think I read they were pretty good. Just filed the problem with them a few minutes ago.
Meritline screwed up a couple times, and they literally bent over backwards to make it right. I was totally surprised. Wish their light selection was better and I would order more from them. They have an L.A. warehouse apparently for some orders, but they don’t tell you which. Some just come from within the U.S. But the good news is that you can return to their U.S. warehouse and not do the whole return-to-China dance.
Without the drop-in and the bezel, the 502b is pretty useless 
. Hope tmart comes through.
