Looks like a very nice light but that design would do better in an AA size, IMO. Would be hard to get a proper hit on a window with that breaker point on a light just 75mm long and so skinny.
I do love the color choices. I'd get that green if I was buying one.
Its definitely a good light (I own the XPG R5 Version). Reliable and well made. The threads are well and smooth. Good clip (much more better than my i3 clip). With 10440s its one of my brightest AAA’s for my eyes (I had not expected that)! Even the low mode is well-balanced. The main reason for me to buy it was the appearance. I really like the Balder designs and I’m willing to spend more if the design appeals to me. Cons: a little longer than my other aaa’s and it turns on very, very easily (not sure if it suitable for real every day use). The head is very movable. And its not exactly cheap…
Looks and functionality of this "E10" cant be beaten. Stainless steel clicky (which finally operates flawlessly without jamming, after rounding the steel edges), pocket clip/pocket clips, reversible, Protected 10440's of *any* length. so much fun!! paid 15$ for it ouch.
...and as head i can use the E10 head (fugly), the E09 head (as shown), the ITP A3 head, or the LD01 head. they all fit. lego legissimo! perfect for Protected 10440 operation kreishill. let's see if Martin@Balder still has the freebies for us..
i could imagine that the TD-0 is really bright and throws very far. But the 40grams have to be a joke. This cant be true!
My stainless steel Worm 2012 weighs 27 grams and i find it way too heavy for pocket carry!! btw i already know why the Balder flashlight is called "TD-0".
The passion for flashlights, not everything should be measured and calculated. :zipper_mouth_face:
This gives me something new (which is not yet, but when I have it in my hand I know).
Wrong. Everything should be measured and fully dissected. Pics comparing sizes and full specs should be made public. I want to know what I’m buying before I buy.
I would have no interest in a light that didn’t measure up in some way. A AAA light the size of a AA light for example makes no sense.
