Is that a good knife ?
I don’t have it but it gets fairly good reviews.
For the price I would say yes it’s a good knife, decent steel about the same as AUS8, frame-locks are one of my favorite . I just wish it had the option to carry it tip up.
It’s only available for US. If the shipping isn’t extremly high, it’s a a good price (I try New York and the shipping was $2,99). A nice knife for less as $13.

That is the same knife as the Sanrunmu 707. I have the SRM and it is a good knife. SRM also makes a g-10 version. They are $7 normal price. You can get three for $6.20 each.

It’s not available at Exduct anymore. Another point is, that the version with the shiny balde is rare on the market (most shops have only the camo blade).
I like my drifter lots. It’s got torx (less strip prone) hardware and a lifetime warranty over the SRM equivalent (which I also have). One thing that I also like about this knife is that even though it’s tip down only, the clip acts to prevent lock bar over-extension, unlike the SRM 710.

I have one (got it for 20 a couple of years ago), it is a decent knife.
For a budget knife though, I’d recommend the spyderco ambitious. I think its 23 on amazon and really well made. Allows you to mount the clip in different positions so that you can carry tip up or down, lefty or righty. I think it is definately higher quality than the drifter although it costs a little more. The ambitious is the smallest in its “family”. There is the persistance, the tenacious and the resilience (in order from smallest to largest, cheapest to most expensive but even the larger ones are considered really good deals at that size).
