Thunder Int New Led Flashlight/SST 90 bulb ,really tactical design

Hello, everybody,my name is Gary.I would like to introduce our new led flashlight to all of you.I value each of your comments,we have been in this of line for more than 6 years. For thoese famous company ,like sure fire,4 sevens, coleman ,we have a long way to go.

See the picture,I think it is clear enough to view.

Five output levels: Max, High, Low, SOS and Strobe

High thermal conductivity pakage with a package thermal resistance of only 0.64w

Lumen maintence of greater than 70% after 60000 hours

Designed for standard SMT assembly processes

Waterproof, It’s water resistant, it is ok use it in rainy days

Designed to mount on certain hand pistols/rifles/shotguns

I think its size is really big,a better tool to defend yourself,it can blind your opponent in a sacond. Its body it rather solidly.Someone may worry about the ablity to shed the heat, its more than 1000 lumen,it can burden? There are ample cooling fins to help the torch shed heat but in my testing, it hasn’t really gotten all that hot.

What do you think to upgrade the flashlight, let it be more useful, more cheaper.I forget that, the price maybe a little high —89usd. But as a famlily standing,it is good.

I really appreciate if you could study it together with me.

"Designed to mount on certain hand pistols"

Sure it is...

What makes it different from this?

http://dx.com/p/trustfire-x6-sst-90-5-mode-2300-lumen-memory-led-flashlight-with-batteries-set-3-18650-47754

At least it has a realistic lumen rating, but also it’s just a black version of the trustfire x6 - it even has the same carry strap…

But for $89 it’s cheaper than the trustfire X6.

that was my thought, plus isn’t an sst-90 seul semi conductors rather than Cree?

Yeah the SST-90 isn’t made by Cree, but rather Luminus Devices.

Luminus devices makes them not ssc.

Thanks for clearing that up, I was sure it wasn’t Cree.

I want to see this mounted on a pistol, more to the point, I figured you be talking big magnum sized pistols to have room.

So, I want to see it on a desert eagle, then when a few clips have gone through it, I want to see macros of the cells and driver……

Pistol? Will this baby mount on the hood of my 78’
dorado?

The size and the fuction ,shape .all are very similar. It can reach 2300 lumen? Is that ture?

Thanks for your post, indeed,I like your signature.

Yes,very Similar. We are trying to upgrade the flashlight.I have seen many manufatures, what they have described did not apply the real lumen

That's for damn sure.

The biggest difference is they actually design their own lights. You have what appears to be a Trustfire X6 clone, but that's doubtful seeing as how wrong or clueless you are about the specs.

sorry ,I made a mitake to when describing,a samll glitch .

Yes ,we undertake the OEM position .

I made a mistake soory for that

Depends on the bin of the LED and the driver. Based off what you’ve said, I assume this is the same driver used in the trustfire x6, and outputs 6.5amps to the led. This will yield around 1300-1400 lumens OTF on average.

1200 lumen with 80mm head (reflector should be smaller than the bezel diameter, anyway) has no way to throw 500m…

Maybe you should drive the SST-90 harder, let’s say at 9A, then we are talking.

You mean at 9A at least it can reach 500m?Sir,you have tested ,right?I wuould like to study together with you.

With mine driven at 11 amps and de-domed it does 135kcd. Compared to the stock X6 which does around 45kcd. So a 135kcd one will throw 734 meters ANSI standard. Of course you wouldn't want to de-dome it but if you upgraded the driver you would get more sales and it would throw further.

So basically my guestimate is that if you had a true 9 amp driver it might do 90kcd max which is 600 meters ansi throw. Or if you just want 500 then around 65 kcd is all you need and a 9 amp driver could definitely do that.
