So I ordered a few lights from T-mart during their black friday sale last week. The lights shipped quickly and without any issues (I got them in about a week). However, when I finally opened up the package today I noticed that all the boxes where crushed beyond recognition. The lights were wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap, but I noticed that my Sky Ray King had a large scratch running down the side of the light.
I tested the light out and while it works ok the scratch is pretty noticeable. Have any of you folks experienced something like this from Tmart? Should I just accept the fact that its a chinese seller, this is how it goes, and chalk it up to experience? I’d hate to spend $55 on a new light that is already damaged.
at least you receive them… i ordered 2 sky ray king on black friday… i only recieved one… althought it came in a box
but i haven’t receive the other one yet… e-mailed them twice already
the only answer was it was being replenish ( whatever that mean) and you will recieve update within 24-48 hrs
well that was last wednesday… still no news |(
Ok wow that sucks! I guess I can consider myself lucky! It’s a shame that the shipping/handling of Tmart is fairly awful. They have a pretty nice selection.
yeah i always got it with bubble lined envelope… and the orders usually wrap in bubble wrap too.
it always hit and miss with them… sometimes they arrived in 3-4 days… sometimes 2 weeks… blah…
too bad they didn’t offer pick-up service as their warehouse is only 30 miles away from my house
