Here's a 2AA Incan Maglite that's been modified with an XM-L T6 3C and a 15 Degree TIR optic. It runs on 2AA Alkalines, or use Primary Lithiums or NiZn batteries.

It has the copper heat sink I have been using for all these 2AA mods and a copper trim band at the tail cap.
