Solarforce.HK customer service has improved. Got my order today - 15 days after I placed the order; big improvement. Probably not a big deal but it put a smile on my face to find they included a bezel removal tool with the bezels I ordered.
Little things like that and they always answer my e-mails the very next day are what keep me coming back for more. Love their flashlights too.
