I am about the first to complain when service is bad… so I try to do the same when service is GREAT!!!
About two hours ago… Yep… ON SATURDAY…. BEFORE A HOLIDAY…… I placed an on-line order over at Illumination supply…. I needed some stuff to include with an internationl order for a customer……. I just got a notice it has shipped!!! 
Thats danged nice service!!! I just had to tell!! A!!!

I have to give them compliments too,calvin from IS exchanged my TN-31 when thrunite would not do anything for me.Their orders are sent right away and quickly,never hesitate to order from them,they are great people.
Craig is very good. I usually get my orders from him in 2-3 days since he is less than 100 mi. away but they don’t mess around there getting orders put together.
Illumination Supply's an excellent company. The Nitecore EA4 I purchased from them had a couple of issues so I called and spoke to Craig. He told me he would send me a replacement out right away, which he did. Best part is I didn't have to send mine back first. He asked me to send it back after I receive my new one. Hows that for service!
Got my replacement today! it's perfect! Craig even paid for return shipping on the defective one!
I too have had fantastic service with Illumination Supply! Kudos to Craig! My EA4 was at a great price, and came to me right a way. Really makes me wonder why I bother waiting for lights that don’t work from some of the other companies.
I dunno, one of my orders from IS took three whole days to get here. Well, there was a weekend in there somewhere…

Like most of you I place quite a few orders online, and not just for my flashlight problems. I/S continues to astound me with their service.
I ordered a few bare LEDs Saturday night, they arrived today. I believe I/S is located in California, if so that’s coast to coast in two days!
That’s almost as little time as it took me to destroy my nice new neutral XP-G2, guess I’ll be placing another order tonight.
The last time I ordered a few items were out of stock, Craig sent me an email the day I ordered asking if I wanted to cancel that part of the order or should he ship when they arrive. I wish they were all like this.

The prices are ok but selection is limited. Still, I’ll take a limited selection of top quality and superior service over a large selection of questionable quality and “hope I never have to call” service.

IS is a great place. Totally professional, if you need something quick, he is fast. We should try to send business his way, perhaps then, he could carry more inventory…spread the good word…
A couple weeks ago I ordered some xp-g2’s on 10mm that were sent bare. I told him I was fine if he would send the boards and he sent extra. Last week I included a note asking about the Carclo holders and he include 2 NC with a note about where to ask in the future. Cutter pulled a bait and switch and I haven’t heard from them yet(emailed last Wednesday). Normally pretty good but occasionally…
Ordered 4pm Monday, shipped 9am Tuesday, delivered Friday.
Ordered on 26th february, shipped the same day, arrived today.. and I'm in Germany. :)
Great service… Been a customer for two years now, will continue to go back… I’m using their LEDs, teflon wire, PCBs… I’m running low on Arctic Alumina so that will be from them as well…
