$5 exactly with lower prices availble for higher quantities:

http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/110v240v-ac-lithium-battery-charger-for-single-18650-us-plug-p-5642

I own and use one of these as a travel 18650 charger and have never had issues. I've also purchased several to include with flashlights I've sold to others and they have never had any problems. There were a few users here a while back who had issues with these burning out on use, but that seems to have been a bad batch and I haven't heard any complaints since.

Should be based on proven tp4057 ic, same as older brother ML-102 but without usb out feature.

It charges 2 at a time and if you live in the U.S. you get it in 5 days or less, free shipping.
Beat that!

So far so good

Have bought several of these, no failures yet.
I have opened at least 3 of them to check but no “near-shorts” discovered…

Hard to be that, and BUYINCOINS is flakely, doesn’t send tracking and can take months.

I also like this one from Lightmalls, unlike most cheap charges, it has a built in curcuit that gives you the condition of the battery, without even being plugged in:

I think the reason this one

http://www.tmart.com/2-Channel-18650-Li-Ion-Battery-Charger_p118483.html

is so cheap is because it is a 2 piece clip on. I see the bottom part, the part with the plug and the charging circuit, everywhere. Depending on the battery, camera, 18650, or other Li-ion cell, there is an adapter portion that is clipped on the base that makes it compatible to that particular battery.
The charger on the left is the battery charger for the Panasonic camera that took this picture. Other cameras would have a different clip on to fit their battery. The charger on the right is the same charger with an “18650” clip on.

Here is a pic of the bottom, the 18650 charger even has a sticker that says it is a camera battery charger!

Millions and millions of these are produced to charge all sorts of batteries, therefore economy of scale allows the cheap price.

All work fine

I have also been using one of them for a little over a month. Seems to work fine.

One thing I have noticed is that the light turns green a few hours before it charges to 100%. I think that’s normal for many chargers; I’m not sure. But I’m happy with the charger.

I’ve bought several of these and they are nice travel chargers. I only use protected batteries in them.

Are there any good “cheap” chargers that can also be used with a 12 volt car adapter?

Yeah, I bought a couple of these, the odd thing about these are that the charge indicator light is on the wall adapter. The light on the battery holder just stays red all the time. When the light on the wall adapter turns green, then the battery is charged, weird…includes 12v car adapter…

http://www.ebay.com/itm/320980776698?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3...

$6.20 US

P.S. Not all cheap chargers, will charge a protected battery, this one will…

$1.70 at WallBuys

I have a few of these from other vendors that came with package deals. They actually have all worked ok so far. Still, I think you get what you pay for, and have since bought a better charger

I also have one of those but I’d like to get one that also can be used with a 12v car adaptor.

You mean like this?

As for cheap, and the ability to use several types of batteries. 3$ (EU or US plug)

I have no Idea how good it is though.

for the parallel 18650 charger, does it charger 600mAH for both or 300 each?
