I've sent emails and opened a ticket with LCK-LED and haven't gotten a response in 4-5 days. I've been questioning the XR-E R2 I've received from them, in that it's under-performing, less light output than a Q5, maybe equal to a Q3. Has anyone had any communication with them lately? Don't think there are holidays going on now.
