Conclusion
These batteries are supposed to be IMR cells, but their performance it not good at high currents.
At 5A and below they do have an acceptable performance.

Strange, but all button top
Strange, but all button top cells have worse performance than flat tops 
It’s OK for protected cells I think, protect circuit can worsen the test, but just having that nipple…
