Looking for Advice on replacing an Emittter

Looking to replace the emitter in a Swiss Tech flashlight I have.
Looking to try and just swap it out if possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have included links to pictures below.

Thanks
Chad

That looks very similar to the set up in the AAA Utilitech light. If you can measure the diameter of that black plastic part and it is ~12-13 mm then you can get a 12mm mcpcb from IS and reflow the led of your choice. They also have 12.8mm and 14mm pcb’s. If the existing driver doesn’t push enough current for you there are drivers in that size range that delivery ~500mA. IS has those too.

The wires from the driver can be desoldered from the existing led and resoldered to the new led mcpcb.
You will still need to create some kind of heat sink pill for the led and driver.
