My only order came with an unexpected (and probably not all that good but I've not tested it) 18650 in it. The light arrived in a reasonable time and was very cheap and decent quality. No complaints here.
Could it be that Tmart is a USA based warehouse?
Hmm, did you check your tracking number? Is is an HK number or a US number?
I ordered the 502B package deal from Tmart when it was less than $7. That was shipped from New York and I got it within a week, so they do have some stuff in the US. I can't imagine they have everything though. Non-US people got different 502B packages from HK.
Tmart ships out of Brooklyn, and the four orders I've made with them have all been received very quickly, 3-5 days or so. No complaints at all.
Dave
If you use the live chat they offer You can ask ( before you order) if a particular sku is available at the US warehouse.
I did this with a laser pointer and they told me it was available. Received it two days later
Anyone know where they ship from to the UK? I assume it's from China, but I'm still waiting for my first order from them to arrive.
i was looking at their binoculars and optics and noticed that they have some fake product reviews up. some of which are copied to more than one product lol :/

Thanks, updated first post.
I ordered items from DX,KD,Manafont and Tmart on the same day, the Tmart package is the first to arrive. Now that could just be random chance, but they did dispatch it nice and quickly.
It was packaged very nicely, the Ultrafire C3 for instance was wrapped in bubble wrap, in a box, the box was then in a zip top bag and that bag along with the other items was in a bigger Tmart branded zip top bag with a flyer and discount code.
I will buy from them again.
I've placed 3 orders with them so far, and all three were good transactions. Fast ship & reasonable packaging. I'll shop with them again, I'm sure.
I've just recived an order from them, one of the items wasn't as expected.
I ordered these 18650's - http://www.tmart.com/2pcs-LC-18650-2400mAh-Gray-Charge-Batteries-with-Fender-Apron_p105734.html
Apparently they have a "fender apron", which I imagine is Google Translate for protection circuit. You can see there is an Ultrafire circuit on the bottom of the cells and they are branded for Falcon Innovations.
Sadly what I received are gret Ultrafire cells that say they are protected on the label...which they obviously are not.

I've sent them an email, so lets see what they say.
Keep us posted! How long did the package wander the world till coming to you?
Delivery was quick around 10days or so, it was sent from the US.
No reply from them as yet, hopefully that's because they don't work weekends. I've they don't get back to me by the middle of the week I'll just file a Paypal dispute.
There was a little bit of a language barrier going on with our comunication so it took a couple emails back and forth. All resolved now as they refunded the full amount.
So...I'll buy from them again
10% off coupon code ?? is there one available ?
I read the entire post and seems that someone love this charger (the one from DX) and someone hate it.
The problem is i need a charger for Li-Ion and Ni-MH easy to carry with me and don't seems there are many option.

Anyone know where they ship from to the UK? I assume it's from China, but I'm still waiting for my first order from them to arrive.
I mentioned the shipping details before, they set several warehouse in different parts, and they will ship goods from california if the orders in us, and from hongkong for rest of the area worldwide.
I got 2 orders from Tmart, both shipped from Brooklyn NY both orders had issues that involved live chat and e-mail correspondence. The first order was actually placed through Gadgettown but it shipped from the same address in Brooklyn and I dealt with the same customer service people Violet and Sharon for both orders.
The first order was for a laser. I received it in two business days after I ordered it, but they shipped the wrong battery with it. At first they wanted me to take a $3 store credit, but they did not have an 16340 battery for $3 on there site so after a couple e-mails they sent me a battery a 16340 Trustfire blue and let me keep the 18650 Trustfire blue that came with the order. The laser was of very good quality but the batteries were of poor quality. It took over a week to resolve the battery issue luckily I had plenty of 16340s to use while I waited.
Second order was for the daily deal it was a Ultrafire G4 for $11, a very good price. They shipped a very cheap Ultrafire C8 instead of the G4 I ordered. I received it in 4 business days shipped from Brooklyn. I did live chat and multiple e-mails finally sent the item back at a cost to me of $3.75.
If it was an honest mistake they should take full responsibility for there error otherwise I will assume they are pulling a bait and switch scam which is unacceptable from a reputable vendor.
At this point I don't think I will be doing business with Tmart anymore.
I will update if the issue is resolved.
Update: after posting this Tmart contacted me again and offered a full refund and a $2 store credit so I am only out for $1.75. That is a much better outcome than I expected so maybe I will give them a second chance.
Edit: After all was said and done I never received the $2 dollar store credit and did fall victim to the fraudulent bait and switch behavior. I was out for the full amount of return shipping after ordering an Ultrafire G4 and receiving an Ultrafire C8 knockoff. So I would recommend avoiding Tmart.
I have placed two orders with Tmart, both seemingly very good deals: a 502B for $5.63 that included a battery and charger as well as a Ultrafire C8 for $11. Both came with Q5 LED's which I didn't want, but was lured by the cheap hosts. Everything seems to be cheap knockoffs of Ultrafire products with crappy switches and generally lower quality than I would expect ordering from DealExtreme or Manafont. Even the C8 was advertised as a G4, which is barely larger than a 502B, so it was like getting an upgrade, but the pill was garbage: just a threaded aluminum tube with an LED star crimped onto one end and the driver crimped into the other.
Even with the amazingly good prices, I didn't think either of these were a bargain since I got useless garbage. The charger that came with the 502B was terrible and wound up in the garbage immediately and the free battery was unprotected and probably worthless. And I wound up returning the C8 at my expense for an 80% refund since without a good pill and tail switch the light was completely useless for upgrades (I returned the light to their New York location and received the refund in a couple of days). My advice is to avoid this place. There are so many other dealers out there, why take chances.
Thanks brted, description of Tmart updated.
Ordered a ultrafire c3 ss q5 with 1 mode for 10$ , shipped on 7/24 arrived 7/28. Fast shipping , would be nice if they had a larger selection of lights, batteeries.
I've order two items from them, both got here in 3 or 4 days from the date I placed the order, both items were as described. No complaints.
I ordered some LED light strips for my Harley. Ridiculously low price for the same thing that was 9X more at the autoparts store. Had it in 2 days. Amazing in these days of dealing with DX and KD.
I would agree with brted. Their shipping time is pretty good within the US, but their merchandise is crap. I ordered the 100mw laser in 502b host, and it's the same crap fake that their 502b q5 is in, plus it didn't work so I had to waste time and money to ship it back to them. Frankly if your products are even more crap than DX, it's not worth buying from.
The only redeeming thing is the 502b drop in does have a nanj regulated linear driver.

i think DX and tmart are both reliable, but in China they may don't have that serious standard about the step negotiating with the products foundry. and the something like fake or crap come out, but you will take a steal sometimes. for no complaints. anyhow they are cheap and not the genuine manufacturer.
Some vendors seem to deal with better or more reliable suppliers than others. For example, the lights I've gotten from Lightake or Buyincoins tend to be the real article. When you're purchasing via mail order, all you have to rely on is reputation.
and how about this one if it was voted to the top in the near 1 hour? ($33.48 to $26.78)diverse style!

30 Lumens BX13 3 Leaf Rotary System of LED Flashlight Solar Battery Charger
I ordered the lovely 100mw green laser with a charger for my camera battery and 2 cr2 batteries. all came within a few days so im pretty happy with my order. everything is working fine.
This was my first order with Tmart and so far I certainly can't complain. I ordered a single AA Ultrafire XR-E light late Thursday night and I received it today (Monday) so basically 4 days with a free gift of a wooden ruler
The light (Ultrafire BJO8A) seems to be well made. The brass pill screws into the tube and the head screws over that. The reflector is also screwed into the head.
I'm going to try it with a 14500 when that arrives with my Manafont order. I'm also going to try it with a 22 mm aspheric once that arrives from DX if I can easily grind it down a bit. If not I'll use it as it with a 14500. This light was about $16.
The picture attached is from an ad and not my specific light.

I placed a second order for a single 14500 ($2.75) with free shipping an received that 5 days later.
I may have ordered everything flashlight related that they have now
but if I do need anything that they have it's a no-brainer for me to use them again.
Where else can you order a single 14500 and get it that fast with free shipping?
I made my first order from Tmart two months ago. They shipped in a few days but after that i still couldn't get my package even after two months. I live in London and clearly it took much longer than it should. They have a 45-day refund policy: http://www.tmart.com/HelpCenter/45-Day-Refund-Guarantee.html
In which they clearly state : "If it is our or logistic company's fault, or the customs policy that leads to a failure on receiving within 45 days since shipping date, we will fully refund you unconditionally"
But when i requested a refund, they just keep me stalling and telling me to wait some more. And they even went too far telling me that they shipped it and it's not their responsibility if some error happened in transit! I replied with a harsh email and explained (once again) their own refund policy to them which obviously customer service had wrong information about.
Then i received an auto-generated email telling me that they shipped my order again. I asked for a refund but without asking me they decided to ship it again. At least it says so in their sie. I'm not even sure they actually shipped another package. Could be a trick to convince me to wait for another month or two.
I will post the updates here to let people know but my experiences so far indicate that this is not a reliable company.
Paypal dispute. It happen to me when I order with another company, bestofferbuy for a tank007 737. After 35 days, I e-mail them about the missing light. They replied me they send the light and that was not their problem. I filed a dispute and my account was credited back the money. No other e-mail or other notice from the store at all. Just remember paypal is on our side. (45 DAYS) It has been more than 2 months now, still no light. So either it is lose in transit or they never send it. Remember the 45 days limit on filing dispute. Just my 2 cents.
Very helpful advice. I didn't know we could do that. I'll look into it.
Thanks a lot.
UPDATE: I thought the 45-day limit was lower limit, apparently it's an upper limit! But i had to wait 45 days to ask for a refund first and PayPal advises to deal with the seller before escalating the problem to them. I think there's a logical error here. They include undelivered items too but i guess mostly broken or wrong items are considered while setting this policy. Well, I registered my dispute anyway.
remain neutral, anyhow the paypal stand by the consumers. and tmart guarantee the 45days refund, there is no trick, and so many guys here supervising for you. mine Ultrafire BJO8A is coming soon.
You can file a "dispute" with PayPal up to 45 days from the date of the purchase. So you always want to do that if you haven't seen the item. Contact the dealer at day 35 or 40, then if you don't have the item in your possession by day 44, file a dispute. This gives the dealer another couple of weeks to resolve the dispute (or for the item to show up). If you still don't have the item after that extra time, you escalate the "dispute" to a "claim" and PayPal will usually pay you within 24 hours. If I got an item after I've been awarded the claim, I would probably try to pay the dealer back. But generally if you don't have an item by day 44, it isn't showing up.
A lot of times after you file a dispute the dealer won't deal with you anymore (guaranteeing they will lose the eventual claim). They know if they send the item again that you won't get it before you have to file a claim, so my experience is they do nothing. Whatever. At least you get your money back.
I wish i knew this before this incident but i waited too long to do that.
Today they sent me another mail telling me to check the package at the local post office. And if it is not there they will "issue you a certain compansation".
I don't know if they are trying to mock me or buy more time. PostOffice can't find info on that package and i replied to them, once again, asking for my money back.
I'm considering labelling Tmart.com with the "Avoid" label due to the recent influx of lying shills that have arrived here from Tmart. What do you guys think?
I just contacted their customer service and firmly warned them to stop sending lying shills to BLF. We'll see if they listen...
I'm considering labeling Tmart.com with the "Avoid" label due to the recent influx of lying shills that have arrived here from Tmart. What do you guys think?
Beyond the lying shills, the fraudulent bait and switch behavior demonstrated by TMart is enough for an avoid rating from me and I would highly recommend you change there status to avoid.
Maybe a "Be very careful" rating
I read all this and went in with eyes wide open and I've received 2 orders, each within 4 days of ordering, and I just placed another yesterday.
The only attraction for me is the fast order-to-arrival time. I don't order anything expensive and the first time I get junk will be the last time I use them.
I've now ordered two Ultrafire BJ08A lights and some 14500 batteries. All I ordered for one of the orders was one 14500 for $2.75 (free shipping) and I received it 4 days later. Until something happens it's hard to beat that. I wouldn't order at $5 light from them or a $40 light but I think they are worth considering for certain things until they screw up simply because of the lack of alternatives.
I don't think BLF should get in bed with them however (letting them post/specials etc)
I've deal with their Iphone case.I think it's good. And now they have an activies of new students.
Welcome to BLF lingding.
Did you know this is a flashlight forum?
Did you come to talk about flashlights, Iphones or Tmart?
What exactly are activies of new students?
I've deal with their Iphone case.I think it's good. And now they have an activies of new students.
Well, this shill is pretty much the last nail in the coffin for Tmart. It's best to not put on a witch hat during your own trial.
Does anybody here think we should NOT give them an "AVOID" rating? (Tmart employees, please don't answer.)
Yeah, I don't think we're unreasonable people here, but wave after wave of spamming tends to suggest they are.
It's like i'm talking to a wall. 10 minutes ago i got this mail:
"Dear Volkan,
Thank you for your letter.
You can just wait for one week more if the the order still not reach, we will refund you.
Have a nice day.
Jason"
All their mails are like this one. Short, meaningless and written with broken English. (BTW, I wonder where this "Jason" is from!)
And here is my response:
"Why should I wait for one more week? Can you give me a reason? Can you tell me why you're violating your so-called 45-day refund guarantee?
I do NOT trust your company anymore. And from this day forward I'll try to let as much people as I can know about this fraudulent behaviour.
I'll use every social network, forum and website that I find. Believe me this will not go unnoticed. This is MY guarantee to you."
Would you recommend any effective consumer complaint site you know about?
Thanks.
Hello everyone,
It is greetings from Tmart customercare team. My name is Sherry, I am in charge of Tmart.com V.I.P customer complaint. We found that there are many professional and experienced user on this forum who give us a lot of advice on our services. Besides, we found there are also some doubts about our policy, such as the doubt about"45-Day Refund Guarantee" which is one of our new website policy. I think many of you have lots of doubts and trouble about this. I apologize for this issue. But please don’t worry, i will help you to handle this problem. I will do my best to serve you. If have any questions, you can contact us at customercare@tmart.com.
Hello Ms. Ye,
The worst thing your company does is lie to your customers. During the past week we have read many comments from lying people who claim to be customers but who really work for Tmart. They make comments about how they are satisfied and happy with Tmart, but they are employees of Tmart and paid to say that. This behavior is unacceptable.
We understand that there can sometimes be problems with orders. But there is no excuse for intentionally lying and misleading customers with false information.

Hello Ms. Ye,
I have sent enough mails and received only lies. Why don't you explain here your new "45-Day Refund Guarantee" policy?
I also wonder about your comment about the responses below that i got from your customer service when i asked for a refund:
On July 29: "As a rule , if you still would not get the package in one week , we will refund you.You can just wait for one week more."
On August 6: "...feel assured that we will offer you a proper solution if you still do not receive your package after a few days"
On August 8: "Sorry it is our fault no update it in time. Do you mind waiting for a few days later?"
On August 9: " Pls check the delivery records on the website carefully and you'll see that it is not our responsibility. You'd better seek the package from USPS. Hope you can find your pacakge earlier."
On August 11: "Would you pls check it at your local post office? If you did not find it, we will then issue you a certain compansation."
On August 12: "You can just wait for one week more if the the order still not reach, we will refund you."
So after 2 weeks, i'm still being asked to wait for one more week. These responses are inconsistent and looks arbitrary. I cannot imagine a respectable company's support to respond its customers like this.
My experience with Tmart is somewhat limited. Having said that, I'm with agenthex on this one. I've only placed three orders with Tmart and every time I was hoping to get a good deal, only to receive fakes (well, yeah, if it sounds to good to be true).
Other places sell fakes, as well. But they try to fix their mistakes. Or at least they act like it. I don't think I'll be giving my business to Tmart in the future. There are plenty of other vendors that at least try and I'd rather wait three weeks and get what I wanted, than get my stuff in a couple of days and waste hours of my life before I decide to just let PP handle, only to be left with something that is useless to me. Frankly, I'd rather play the eBay lottery.
Tmart customercare team, good! mine Ultrafire BJO8A has arrived. no complaints but exciting there, i feel fine because i got what i paid. and you should thank me for recommending items for you several times.lol !and i found the flaw of tmart are almost viewed in these post. you need to run over them and then should you sincere part to us, then the red labeled cons plused subsequntly could be wiped. now just FAQ here.
