It's amazing how much better that light looks after a date with your orbital. Very nice work!
Do you do anything to the bezel first (like wrap it with electrical tape) to keep the paint from chipping off?
Nice work indeed, but... I don't like it 
It gives the flashlight very cheap feel. If it were a small head diam. light, it will be OK, but in this case, it looks too plain, IMHO.
By the way SB, you have this light's review in the CR123 section and I believe it is primarily an 18650 flashlight. 2 x 123s worked fine when I tried it but I did not leave it on very long. Might be okay, I guess.

fishin - Nope.
I think the pad on the orbital and the padded sand paper I use is kind to the edge and additionally gives it a finished look that bare sand paper on a hard surface would not.
Do I like how this turned out? If you read my review you know I'm not terribly fond of this flashlight. I didn't like it before and I still don't like it. The Foybezel has not improved my disposition toward the Palight.

NIce job. I've got that light, and I like it quite a bit; pretty nice thrower, I've no complaints about it.
