For $79, there are quite a few more budget-oriented alternatives which fill the bill nicely - HA (type III), 18650, stainless bezel, three modes, clip and pouch. When it comes to terms of a side-mounted switch and eradication of the P60 pill design, not so many.
After all, it is still a lot more affordable than the cheapest $urefire (bought new, understood; not used off eBay)
