SST-50 under budget - $15.48

Just noticed this typo deal @focalprice. Anyone interested before it lasts?

Yeah I noticed that one too. They mixed up the photos and price between these 2 models (the silver 16340 and the SST50 18650).

With the direct link in your post fp will notice the error quickly!

Well I bit on this one, thinking I didn't have much to lose really and it's fun waiting to see if you actually luck out. FP updated this listing right after I emailed them, it used to direct you to the description of an SST-50 SH-41 but with a picture of the SH-33, a C3 looking light only smaller. I didn't realize the picture was an SH-33...that being it takes CR2 batteries...I assumed that it was a CR123a light. I figured I wouldn't get a $50 light for $15, but when buying a lottery ticket you don't really think you're gonna win...right? Of course, I ended up getting the SH-33. I emailed FP and complained...they refunded my money and I was able to keep the light...not a bad deal. I have to say the customer service was quite good...maybe I'm lucky but I've always had good luck with FP. Anyway, I was pretty surprised when a CR123a battery wouldn't fit in the light...I didn't know what a CR2 was...tiny little things! I ordered a pair of rechargeables from DX for less than $4, and have now had a chance to play with the light a little...for free I really like it, though it is a bit of an oddball. I'll try to do a review of it soon.

I pulled the trigger on this, just to roll the dice. Like soytnly, they sent me the SH-033, which is the Aurora Q5 that takes a CR2 battery. Not a bad little light, and I knew that it was a price mistake, so I decided not to put up a fuss. Lives in the wife's purse now. It's remarkable how much it looks and works like the Ultrafire C3 stainless, except shorter. I can tell however, that it's not turned at the same factory because the threading is so different.

Focal price doesn't give anything away except the screws .

funny how the wrong light is never one of a greater value ..

and paypal backed them when they sent me 25 Uv lights instead of ultra fires .

anyone who buys from them deserves what they get .. you've been warned ...they're scum

they screw up prices knowing you're suckers whi will buy it and they can get away with saying ...send it back .. knowing you won't cecause it's too expensive to do so . paypal backs them up and you're stuck either way ..not to mention the frustration involved .they've hired some 1/2 engkish speaking 12 year old to tell you nonsense and give you the run around ..

the sst is the bait the hook is the return shipping and you're the fish

you're right, I have no one to "blame" but myself, but I'm not bitter about it, so there'd be no use going on like I just drank vinegar. I took a gamble but I ended up with a neat flashlight instead. Would elect not to order from them again, so I can't dispute that point.

lol. Are you sure they as old as 12
