Joy!! 32mm 3*XM-L emitters available!

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but...

3*XM-L T5 neutral emitter at Cutter! I will be getting one of these to play with in a month or two. I can't wait to see what Match comes up with with this baby! I just wish it was on a 20mm board.

Edit: They even have them in T6 & U2 bins but the price jumps quite a bit from the T5 price.

Cheers,
Johnny

Optics are available for it in narrow, medium & wide for $4.50

Thank you, dear Sir, for this wonderful notification!

Just what I had been looking for, now I have to be faster than last year and finish my project before the emitters become outdated again...!

*rubs hands*

But I only JUST bought myself a triple XP-G board............

experience like "I've seen the Light!"

I already have about a month ago in this post Then I built another by cutting down an old beat up mag to 1D size. Zero to three thousand variable lumens in my pocket....OK!

LOL…I had forgotten about “RogueFlare”! I shoulda realized you would already have taken care of it. Quick question onit…I love the idea of using the spring contact cup to hold the QTC. Is that puppy direct driven and limited by the QTC or is there a driver in it as well that you didn’t mention in your write up on it?

i seen a 3 xml board a while back with the driver built right on the board - they were of course a good bit more expensive if i recall.( sorry i cant find the link , it was posted here or Cpf

having only a few mods under my belt i guess i am not sure how to wire this and which driver to use .

Also nother noobilly question - running the same current through 1 xml is more efficient and brighter untill you get to X amount of mA's , whats that magic number and how would you begin to figure that out

hmm makes me think of a 7up xml
