Illumination Supply Rocks!

I hope I am putting this in the right place but if not Mr admin feel free to move it where it belongs. I think most of us here know what kind of service Illumination Supply provides to us on Blf but I think they even topped themselves this time. I purchased a really cool light from a member a couple of weeks ago and I loved it but I messed it up. I did not have a receipt or packaging but the original purchaser hooked me up with the details and Calvin hooked me up with a new light even though the fault was mine and not theirs. Awesome and over the top customer service!

This is not the first time that IS has came through for me. Last Christmas I received a TN31 that had problems that caused it to light inconsistently and sometimes not at all. Through process of elimination we figured out that the problem was in my tail cap. I contacted Craig about this and he promptly sent me out a new tail cap fixing the problem. I got my light fixed without ever having to send it in. I am a customer for life and will buy anything that I can from them and will encourage others to do so as well.

From my own experience with Illumination Supply I give them a rating of 100% absolute best customer service ever. I wont go into details but Calvin and Craig went way beyond the norm to take care of a problem I had with a Nitecore EA4.

Its good that we here stories like this. Hats of to Illumination Supply.
