They are no longer listing batteries on the site, and I purchased some battery / charger kits to go with three lights intended to the gifts.
Lights showed up, chargers showed up - no batteries!
Jo answered my query on Facebook that they can no longer ship batteries by air.
I asked if I would get my batteries via sea, remembering that I have paid for them….no reply. 
Has anyone else encountered this?
Going to follow up with emails.

ive ordered batteries that got through from wallbuys ok… but many have experienced delays and problems with orders
yes - definitely keep following up with emails…
did you pay with paypal? if so you have 45 days to file a claim that your item didnt arrive… its the SELLERS responsibility to get you your items regardless of shipping problems - you are protected and will get a 100% refund if you file a claim.
Problem solved - Jo has given me a partial refund for the cost of the unshipped batteries so all good. 
Just wanted to post that Solarforce is again shipping batteries to the U.S. via airmail. I just received my first shipment of 16340 Green & White 3.7V 880mAh’s. Took 12 calendar days to get to the East Coast of the U.S.
