I'm playing around with some Luminus PT 54 Red leds and I have no idea what to do with 4 of them. 1 Might be a blinding tailight for my bicycle.......

Well I extracted this from a Casio XJ A140 DLP projector. These are sold for $25-35. I only know a couple places that sell these like at mouser and, radiant electronics.
Shoved the TEC/heatsink , fan , and a 8 mode driver still attached to a brass pill into a 5x2.5x2" plastic container. lotsa hot glue was used
Bottom view , 2 lower battery bays power the TEC and top 2 bay goes to the led.

This thing is reallllllllllllllly bright.
It turn me on . I'm a 'tech-perv'. I would hate see such sexy thing treated badly. Some street's pimps enjoy battered them and think it's cool. They ignore how more they shine when treated with respect. 
I believe the vf is 2.6v and peak current is 13.5A
