Order only 2 times from BG (3 if you include the most recent one that hasn’t arrived yet) and had no issues. Just the usual really slow shipping but no problems to report.

edit: I tryed to get a better or similar price to the Lumintop Tool from HKEquipment, they responded with a coupon code. But the second time with a deal from GB, they didn’t, I did 2 times and had no response.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for the KD C8 with XP-L Hi that I bought from Kaidomain. Except for a tighter hotspot that gives a better throw, I feel it’s quality has no comparison to a Convoy C8, which costs less then the KD C8.

I paid less than $5.00 for the KD Buckle from Kaidomain. It was exactly as illustrated, and has threading rivaling my most expensive lights. Overall workmanship is excellent. I know it can be done, and doesn’t require four figures. Some choose to do something else.

Thanks for letting me know that. I had an eye on their other offerings.

Just got a batteries package that was marked as “charger” on the description and opened by Canada Customs. Someone stuck a sticker saying “Goods not fullfilling the conditions prescribed by Articles 9 and 10 of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community.”

Banggood is still selling these with false advertising. The ad still says CREE, but they are latticebright, it says 1800lm but it’s a 1/10th of that, and the images are all of a model with superior build quality. I offered to send them free pictures of the correct item for their listing, but when Banggood customer service replied they ignored the topic. They have sold more flashlights according to the sale counter. They would have never gave me a refund if it wasn’t for Neal. They are clearly okay with the situation. That’s so disappointing.

If you really want to stock up on decent lights why don’t you check out some convoys at mtnelectronics? Zoomies kind of waste a lot of lumens check here http://budgetlightforum.com/node/38424. I understand you’re frustration but at the same time even the ones you got from amazon can’t be all that spectacular. Did anyone here recommend that particular light? I kinda doubt it. Get some suggestions and then go shopping. Smile That’s why I’m all about the group buys because that’s what was mainly recommended to me. http://budgetlightforum.com/node/41158

Research, review, compare… Hope the rest of your time spent on this site is more fun in the future. Smile

I love the ones from Amazon, and I got 5 more from them now and upgraded the battery, LED, and driver. And the zoomie feature makes it the best of both worlds. I understood I would be gutting them after the first, that’s why the Banggood hosts looked perfect. But that was a miserable disappointment. Answering your question, I already knew what I wanted before I discovered BLF, I just needed a trusted where.

I am normally a happy person, I guess the recent politics in the news make me a little sensitive to foreign companies thinking they can cheat me like this.

I’m not sure what’s in your collection and I don’t mean to be condescending. But after getting the blf a6 – orange peel reflectors will be all I use at work (great spill, semi blended hot spot but kinda throws too!). The d80 gb I’m looking at will probably go camping/ hunting with me and one thing I’ve learned is that zoomie’s are good for the garage. So that’s where my aspheric types will rest waiting with their smooth beam to be used by an amateur mechanic. The others are far more useful to me in most other situations. So if you haven’t got any suped up non aspheric lights you may get hooked! Have a good night….. Beer

edit: I lied because this will always be in my work van as long as it still works. They quit making them….. Sad

If this is really a true statement then perhaps you should choose to go back to being so and not let other people rob you of said happiness.

Everyone here has heard your grievance.   If they buy the same light and get something they dont like they had all the information.

Good customer service needs recognition.
A wrong item issue was resolved by Banggood satisfactorily, absolutely no BS, from first file to conclusion….in 18 hours.
I’m impressed.

What’s the best way to contact their customer service? I received a DQG Fairy that didn’t have the 10180 included.

Well its being changed at some point, before there was a window that thanked you and confirm delivery button became inactive , now a small shaking window pops up telling you that you have been told abouht the delivery , yet the the confirm delivery button is still active afterthat and empty of course

I confirmed delivery using the mobile app 48hrs ago, just scanned the barcode with my phone camera. Worked fine, but it looks like they removed the game associated with delivery confirmation, not that it was really worth playing.

Edit- I just tried on an old order using Firefox on my pc and it worked fine, the order confirmation system that is.

I meant the order confirmation system is working properly for me. The game wasn’t worth playing.

Hello everyone,

A quick heads up on recent dealing I had with Banggood.

I discovered Banggood a little over a year ago, since then I have purchased stuff worth over $2000 from them.

Last month, after reading the replies to a thread on BLF by a member who was asking about the most convenient bicycle light holder, I went ahead and bought four Fenix ALB-10 Bike Flashlight Mounts AF02 from banggood, one for myself and three I was hoping to give to my grandchildren as Christmas presents.

The order total value, including shipping was £36.36 ($55).

What I received from Banggood was four Olight X-WM02 NEW Generation Magnetic Weapon Mounts, that cannot be used as bicycle light holders.

After exchanging several emails with Banggood over a period of a week, which were replied to by several Banggood staff members, Banggood has decided to give me a whopping %20 discount on the items they sent me, which I have not ordered and have no need or use for.

Banggood also had the audacity to suggest in their email to me that I should sell the items they sent by mistake on Ebay, to re-coop my losses.

I do fully understand that mistakes can and do happen, and wrong items are occasionally sent out, what I can never understand is this cowboy attitude that forces the buyer to pay for the mistakes of sellers like Banggood, by not sending to their ccustomers what was ordered and paid for, and for forcing their customers to become unwilling resellers for them.

Banggood you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered two Thorfire flashlights from Banggood. Paid for a tracking number. It took only 7 days to reach Chicago. Not bad. The big question is: Can the USPS get the flashlights to me in less than 7 days ? I am only a few hundred miles from Chicago. A few orders have taken 10 plus days to travel the few hundred miles. Time will tell.

Just checked. I opted for standard shipping from Banggood for an additional $1.30 per order. I placed two separate orders for the flashlights. $ well spent.

EDIT/UPDATE: Banggood issued me a full refund, no questions asked. Smile

Hi guys, I don’t mean to double/triple post, but I thought I should post here just to document my current situation.

I bought 4 Meco lights from Banggood that were advertised at Cree XML. But they sent me lights with LatticeBright Leds as confirmed on the “FAKE CREE” thread. Hopefully this gets solved properly. I don’t want to file a Paypal dispute before giving Banggood a fair chance to solve this.

Actually I noticed on my last incoming package it stayed at the international airport 8 days. That’s not USPS’s fault, our customs agents were probably just running behind on checking packages.

I received my second BLF A6 couple days ago, and I am very disappointed. First I thought it is DOA, then I discover that there is mechanical problem with tailcap. It is machined too deep and there is no contact with body when its screwed to the end.
So decided to send massage to BG CSservice about this, not once but third time with no answer from anyone ???

I really love buying at BG and never have bad experience like this !
BG what is going on ???

Weird. Similar thing happened to me. I Ordered a bike mount. Waited 2 weeks for shipping and ended up with a weapon mount. I was offered $5 refund (yeah right) and refused. I was considering a replacement but no stock till Dec 8th. No more waiting for me so I asked for a refund. It came a day or two later. Not ideal but far from the worst I’ve seen.
