FYI: Navy K631, plain edge, full flat grind, at exduct.com

The K631 is back! I have been waiting for this, everywhere else there seems to be only the half grind version available.

Will report back once it arrives.

That's a good looking knife, although the scales look rough in the pics they posted. I do like that full grind.

It does look very nice. Can't wait to hear how you like it Huny.

Technically it's called a "sabre grind".

FFG blades are... honestly for 90%+ people and in 90%+ of cases it won't matter that much. Unless you're out skinning a bear or deer on a regular basis.

i have really wanted a spyderco police model but as its technically illegal to carry that length around here,

Sorry, it falls into a grey area. Nice clear cut laws - ty " hard working " gov officials, so i figure this is resonable enough - even if i cant legally carry it

ALSO they have in stock an updated Ganzo - G704 , heavier build thicker blade , etc

both have been a hair trigger away for a while , lets see if they fit their billing.

Those scales look just like the ones on my K603. It’s a very good looking knife except the scales look unfinished.

Well, I think it will matter in the role of food prep and when using it around non-knife sheeple. It makes a big difference if you pop out a tanto, hollow ground blade, with swedge or a bowie type knife instead of a FFG blade with a non-tactical look. The SRM 908 and Bee L05-1 (without the clip), can be easily mistaken for a standard steak knife for grilling season in the park.

Ordered the K631 despite everything I said above, BTW. ;-)

Really sounds interesting. The lines appear similar to a Spydie.

Anxiously waiting a review. I've guessing it will be a little large and heavy for EDC, but really like the FFG.

oh, no doubt about it, its a total spyderco police steal, ive owned one for years.

I have the previous model with the sabre hollow grind, it is a very well made knife, better than the K-603.

I also notice that this new one besides de FFG also has jimping.

Size comparison with the navy K-603 and K-607

Nice pics Thoth. Now I want one.

In for 2. Thanks for the heads-up. This is a very nice knife (K631) for the price guys. Buy one before they're all gone again.
