Vector 192s are already discontinued. Can't even find on Ebay. With the cost (probably about usd350 in Kit, Li-po, host) you might as well get the Lightpipe, it should outthrow the 192 BFL quite noticeably if the LP-250 MH ballast does not follow automotive ballast rules (ie rated for input and even then underspec).
One VEC192 popped up on ebay this morning for auction starting at 38$ and 10 SH
