after being on for about a second. i dont know why, its on its second set of batteries. i havn,t dropped or banged it. any ideas? thank you!
The batteries are dead thinking
You probably are sitting there like I’m not that dumb, I charged them. Well my second question would be what charger did you use? They need to be charged with a 3.7v charger and not your normal AA/primary charger. Those only charge to about 1.5v.

im using surefire 123,a, batteries.
how do i adjust the brightness? its brighter than need be, im after as long battery as i can get. thanks again!
hold the button on the body of the light, that will give you the chance to ramp to which level you want
