It is a new intelligent smart charger. It has 7 functions:

First: Feature
a) Two charging current mode (500mA / 1000mA);
b) Batteries of different specifications can be charged simultaneously (18650/26650)
c) Each cell has a separate LCD display charging parameters;
d) Charger mode, different charge current;
e) Discharger mode (first full charge and then discharge), detects the battery capacity;
f) Charger and discharger two modes can be performed simultaneously;
g) Each battery can be charged simultaneously or independently set / volume detection;
h) Multiple display mode, the current (mA) / Capacity (mAh) / Voltage (V) / time (h) / resistance (mR);
i) With a dedicated power adapter.
Second: Button (MODE) description
a) Charger has two buttons, each of them control all the way, simple to use and more convenient;
b) In any case, press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds to change Charger (charging) mode or Discharge (capacity test) mode. When lights again Pls Press to change current within 8 seconds. Selected current in 8 seconds will be into the working state. In working condition can Press (MODE) key to view the current (mA) / Capacity (mAh) / Voltage (V) / time (h) / resistance (mR).
Third: Run Mode Charge Mode (charging mode)
a) When the charger is working on, Charger’s LCD screen will become full brightness, if the battery is not loaded will show Null, if it is a bad battery in it will show Null too;
b) Put the battery into the charger, the charger will measure the internal resistance of the battery in about 3 seconds. After the system automatically enters the charging current selection mode the "500mA" will flashes 8 seconds. During this period through mode button to select 500mA or 1000 mA current for charging. Systems will lock the charging current in 8 seconds. If within the 8 seconds, did not make the setting. Then the system will automatically choose 500mA current for charging. At this point the current cannot be able to change, want changing the charging current it needs to reset the battery again.
c) Users should pay attention to the batteries’ maximum charging current. If you do not need fast charging. Recommended 500mA charging. This is a safe way also is better to the battery;
d) In charging mode. Press the mode button to switch view rechargeable battery (mAh) / charging time (h) / battery internal resistance (mR) / charge current (mA). After the battery is fully charged, will display “Full”. The last row of small print displays charge End (end of charge);
Fourth: Warning
1: Only charge cylindrical lithium-ion battery; don’t charge other kinds of batteries
2: Do not exceed the recommended charging current. Before use, please refer to the instructions carefully, pay attention to the batteries recommended charging current
3: Do not use other power adapters;
4: Charger may become warm during charging and discharging, be careful not to burn;
5: Finish using, unplug the power;
6: Use in door only
