I've been using the ITP c7t a lot more recently and have been appreciating it's flat output, on both AA and 14500's. Measuring its hotspot, it's just as bright on 0.63A as all the cheapo lights at 1A+ DD. Does anyone know of any budget flashlights that at least attempt regulation w/ lithiums? The new xp-e/g's on DD are just ridiculous, around 1.5A or 2A each, way above max spec.
