Deal on King style flashlight at Tmart

Here is what looks to be a good deal on a King style with the older XM-L U2 emitters at Tmart for $26.40.
Deal expires in 13 hours from now.
Looks like international shipping so don’t be in a hurry.

I’m hoping someone can tell us what driver may be in it by pictures?

Thanks and rest assured the link is Not an affiliate link, never did em, don’t know how, don’t want to know how.

One of the photos shows XM-L2. Might be a crap shoot, but it is worth it, for the price. Doesn't have the good driver, but one of the Oshpark drivers would be great for this light. It would be good for a modder for sure.

Very good deal on the price… especially the one with XM-L2 LEDs in it… too bad already owned 8 of these variety “SRK”

Yeah, I saw that, but didn’t want people to get the idea that it had XM-L2 because they are not advertising it that way.
You have to go into a deal like this being happy with an XM-L T6 and then feel like you got the bonus package if it has the L2.
Either way, at $26.40 less the points is was like $23.76 so I’ll take the gamble.

Can anything be done with that driver or is it a parts machine?
And what driver is it, where might I see pics?

Thanks,
Keith

The deal resets every 24 hours for the past 3 days at least.

How did you arrive at $23.76? Didi you use any discount codes?

Deal is still up and I might get one if its the lower price.

Thanks

The driver looks to be using the absolute cheapest translucent PCB. It’s probably just an FET driver, so you can probably swap in a Vishay 70N02 FET.

When you check out It will show points you have and what you can use. In this case I was awarded 264 points to use, hence $2.64.
If you have not done business with them in the past, I do not know if you will be eligible for the points.
It is a nice ongoing rebate type program, many other sites do a similar awards type program

Thanks Keith.

Flashlight arrived today in great condition with the emitters perfectly centered and they are indeed XM-L2.
Very nice finish, glass is clean, reflector looks good and it even came with a decent amount of lube on the threads!
I will test it tonight.

Anyone else get their’s yet?

I received mine today and I already like it (considering the price of course).
Flat top 18650 works, I don’t know if it should but it works for me. Can’t be sure that all 4 batteries make contact.
The mode are not as described on tmart page
for me it’s :

- short press : high > low > off

  • long press from any mode, even off : strobe

Not as bright as my Roche M170, I don’t have an original SRK to compare with. But for that price, I can’t complain much.

Just got mine.

Pulls about 6,7A from a single Sony 26650 2600mAh cell. Maybe more with four 18650 cells.

Classic SRK modes.

NO pill :_(

I repeat NO PILL.

The MCPCB is mostly floating in the air and screwed into the reflector. No thermal paste on the tiny edge it sits on either. I bet its got a good amount if output sag due to hot emitter. Especially if its used on high for some time.

O-ring between battery tube and head seems a bit too small. Otherwise its pretty decent. I never had this body design on a SRK style light. Its a tad shorter than a typical SRK.
