Agree, Gearbest are improving quite a bit, they even opened customer support account on this forum, which is very nice, and did all they could to improve the shipping time, even it was a bit slow, at least they admit it, and said they will do their best to improve in future.
They also made good QC on the Opus chargers on the group buy thread, so the shipments was a bit slow because of that. I like the progress they make and the open way of communication, its great to see this approach.

But currently there seems to be a bug in the cart system:
When I apply a coupon code, it shows the discount, but when I “Proceed to Checkout”, it’s gone!
“Check out with Paypal” initially shows the discounted price, but only uses the shipping info, and the later payment is now also without discount!
To sum up: the coupon code system currently doesn’t work 
As a “bonus”, the orders are still there, even after I canceled Paypal payment, and are “awaiting payment”
I opened a support ticket, lets see what happens…
I like your positive attitude but for me they have been the slowest shipper I have dealt with, even slower than DX. Going to wait a couple more days before I make a complaint and file for a refund.
Good news: I could cancel my orders where the coupons didn’t work, and reordering them just now worked with the LED0121AFF coupon code!
Edit: I rejoiced too early - after applying the coupon, the flashlight was MORE EXPENSIVE THAN BEFORE I reopened the support ticket…

Seems the price was an error…
I noticed that if you try to use the points they provide while using a coupon code, the points will override whatever discount the coupon provides.
You’re better off with coupons unless you have a few thousand points saved up.
I’ve made an order about a month ago with 8% coupon and some points and it all counted to the final price. Maybe they’ve change it now, or maybe it doesn’t work on special deal items only.
Put a $12 item in the cart, applied MAXY and the price jumped to $13 and change.
I think someone has a sign backwards in the arithmetic.
GBBLF doesn’t work at all.
