On Friday 04 July, I had order a new Nitecore EA41 from Banggood.
Today, July 15, is my birthday and I just received a parcel from them.
As soon as I opened the box, They ruined my birthday.
It was a Nitecore EA4, the old model, which I never ever want.

I'd rather wait for a sale, and buy from a USA seller. Customer service is almost non existent when you buy something from China. BTW, who pays for the return shipping?

Sorry to hear about your light. I'd be bummed out too if I were you. I'm sure they will work it out. If they don't resolve the issue to your satisfaction open a PP claim and get your money refunded. Then buy form somewhere else.

I forget, does Banggood have their own warehouse, or do they bundle orders and tell a dropshipper to send the item?
