p60 host for an E1320 xm-l

i just bought one of the really cool xm-l's from Erik, and i am wondering if anyone know where i can get a host quickly. i know it takes a while from most place we get them. thanks.

I just got a couple 501As to sell locally, let me know if you get stuck and I can send you one.

L2T! (since you are already going to be paying $2 for registered shipping, which is compulsory, though the normal airmail cost is already factored in....so just pay the additional 5 bucks over a normal L2)

E1320, the 501A doesn't take 18650's does it? thanks.

The Ultrafire 501A , takes a 16340 [ RCR123A ] to 18350 battery and is a P60 host

You'll want a 504B to use a 18650.

Nope the 501A takes 18350s or 16340s I usually use AW IMR 16340s. I have a bunch of 504Bs I could have sent you one with the drop in, you should have asked I would have hooked you up the shipping would have only been another dollar or 2. Best bet is Lighthound or Tmart if I overnight you a shell its going to cost more for shipping than the host cost. I think battery junction has 502Bs last time I checked. Check e-bay for someone in Cali or as much as I don't like Tmart/Gadgettown they ship for free out of NY so you could have one by Tuesday for cheap.

good ideas, and i should have asked but wasn't thinking. i am still going to use the drop-in as soon as i get it, i will just take one out of another host. i've been thinking about a 501a and some 18350's for the future though. how much are the hosts? thanks.

501As are $5 and change from Manafont they really are a fun light I have about 6 of them and all my friends keep buying them so I keep buying more. If you get a Solarforce low voltage drop in you can use a cr123 and it will run down to 0volts I have 2 I leave in the vehicles like that cause lion and vehicle heat scares me. You can use a 504B with my drop in and 2 cr123s since my drop in can handle 6 volts and those make great vehicle lights as well.

I know you want fast but SolarForce in China has the L2T host on sale for $16.99

I need to wait until next payday to snag one. I have a 501A and 501B coming from China, But i didnt even thing about getting a 18350 as i was just gonna use some of the CR123's i own 2 box's of. But the 18350 is a good idea.

Best bet on a good priced, And high quality 18350 that isnt AW priced?

BTW, Lighthound is very fast as i used them for some drop-ins when i toasted two of mine stupily and they price stuff about $1 over normal SF China's prices.

price on the l2t. i'll probably get one some time. sky ray host from manafont for $7.99 is nice too.

still haven't figured out how to link, but if you search BLF for 18350, the first thread, 18350 unprotected, has 2 links. one to dx ultrafires, which are not imr but are $5.40 for 2, and one to another site, imr's 2 for $7.40. leaning towards the second ones.

I cant comment on either I have both sets on order and it looks like your drop in is in PETALUMA, CA 94999

that probably means it is actually in the PO here. petaluma is only 30ish miles down the road.
