I'm not currently able to access my DHGate account, I can't even log in (even tho I use the same password for everything and I ordered stuff from there about 3 weeks ago). I tried creating a new account just to verify I still had one and it says "that email is already in use, please log in to continue".
Here's the thing, there is no password reset anywhere, mobile or desktop. How can I regain access to my account?
