Does anyone know LED 3030(Size), 3 volts, 140 to 200 mA & CCT 6500 ±500?
Digikey, Mouser, Arrow Electronics… etc.
i want 0.5watt led. have searched digikey, find noting.
You might be driving it at 0.5W watts but they can probably handle more.
You just need the right tint and form-factor.
There are many 3030 that are 6V.
A 3V 3030 would be Seoul Semiconductor STW8C2PA
what is the application?
we want to make Omni-Directional LED Light Bulbs (Total LEDs wattage=10.5 means 21 LEDS each 0.5watt)
You mean like those ebay corn lights? You can buy one for about $3, just FYI.
Why 3030 may I ask? I have a couple of these bulbs, they’re 5730, and pretty cheap. The emitters pretty much fit your requirements except for the smd size.

Hello,
If you can see Philips LED Bulb (12.5W E27 220-240V 1055 lumen),
they are using 3030 LED 0.5watt, 3volt & CCT6500k. they are driving it at 150mA without any difficulty. There are 21 LEDs in series 65 Volt means 65/21= 3.09V
Philips is using this LED (12.5W E27 220-240V 1055 lumen)
