Not budget - But worth window shopping 4xAA XM-L

Manafont is listing the Jetbeam PA40 ....

http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/jetbeam-pa40-xml-468-lumens-ipx...

4xAA and XM-L with 4 light levels , this thing looks sweet , but a little pricey .

Always remember , the easiest thing in the world to do , is to expel hot air from your lungs and through some vocal chords ..
The resulting sound may , or may not be worth listening too ….

You seem to question everything "high-tech" lately.  Sealed  But it would look nice, no?

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites

Sounds like plastic reinforced with carbon fiber. Seems to be very good.

Interesting link linterno.  Thanks.

I understand that many upper-end point 'n' shoot  camera bodies are made from this stuff as an acceptable and more economical alternative for aluminium alloy bodies.

I guess if it works for cameras OK, it'll work just as well for torches.
