20,000 lumens? Yep. Budget? Well... he built it himself so I would say yes, compared to a light you could buy it was probably budget.

Supposed to get one like that but nicer still, supposed to come last month. Too bad it did not happen. Now I really have to DIY (and probably a bit more expensive in doing so). There are commercial 400/575/1200W but the 1.2kW are big. Then there are 2.5kW, 4kW, 7kW, 10kW.....
Funny you asked, I've been thinking the same thing for months now. When I'm searching for lights on Youtube there always a German dude showing it. Nice to hear I'm not the only one noticing.
