LuckySun has been getting some good press of late, especially with their well reviewed D80. Let’s see if they continue this run with the P26650-L2. A little info from GearBest first:

KRONOREVIEW:
The LuckySun P26650-L2 is a single 26650 flashlight with a single XM-L2 emitter. The flashlight comes with a nice lanyard. It is shipped with ample protection in a sturdy, retail cardboard box. Light is controlled with a tailcap reverse clicky. There are 6 modes, starts on high (no memory) and UI is (H/M/L/Strobe/Turbo/SOS). It has a SS bezel, AR lens and smooth reflector.
PROS:
VERY solid construction. Survived a 5 ft. Drop on concrete (unplanned…lol).
Toughened glass AR lens.
Plenty of knurling and ridges for grip.
HA-III matte gun-metal gray coating.
Reverse polarity protection (confirmed).
Mostly solid, emitter shelf. Should have a decent thermal path.
Anodized threads enabling lockout.
Pleasant beam pattern with a smooth transition from corona to spill.
Beefy, square threads.
Fits protected or un-protected 26650s.
Tailstands (but somewhat unstable with lanyard).
Cutouts on tailcap also allow for use with gloves.
Reverse clicky with half-press advance.
CONS:
6 mode, funky UI (High/Medium/Low/Blinkies/Turbo/SOS).
One lanyard hole.
Little to no thread lube.
2.4 amps on Turbo (Wonder if this is newer production emitter like issue on BLF-X6-SE?).

SUMMARY
Build quality and attention to detail makes this another nice light from LuckySun. Quality HA-III anodization in a nice gun-metal gray, square cut threads, intricate brass driver retaining ring, decent thermal path, lockout, 26650 battery…a lot to like here. Machining quality also makes this quite a value at this price. And even though it is a 26650 size light, it is still compact and completely jacket-pocketable. The UI is somewhat jankity. Overall, though, a well executed little light!
