The statement of Eagle eye X6

Hello , I’m Song Sheng, working in Jin Lang electronic company .I’m very pleased to come to the forum. Thanks for your support for our Eagle eye series, especially the high current verson of the X6 flashlight which is customed and saled promotion in the forum by the Banggood, and it is supported and loved by the forum friends. However,it’s a pity that there are another companies sell this customized version of the Eagle eye X6.Commissioned by the Banggood company, our company issued a solemn statement hereby:
Our company supplys exclusively the large current and copper substrate X6 flashlight to Banggood ,not any other companies. If there is any other company sell this X6 flashlight ,it must be a fake. So,if you need to purchase one, please come to the Banggood website. At last, thanks for your support and trust, our company will continue to develope more higher cost performance products to feedback to the forum friends’ deep love.

This answers the question of wether or not Eagle Eye is still in business even though thier website is down.

Song Sheng may I ask why the Eagle Eye website has been taken down?

So, if I undestand correctly, you are the manufacturer of copper MPCB only? So it is possible that EE sourced the broads from other manufacturer for otherwise same BLF Edition light?
Isn’t ShenZhen EagleEye the EE manufacturer?

I still feel a bit intimidated when I receive deep love from a stranger...

Hello Song Sheng and welcome to BLF!

Thank you for clarifying the situation with the X6-SE.

Regards,
krono

Someone cloned a flashlight, shocked , just shocked.

I really am a bit shocked actually, everytime something like this is happening I try to comprehend how chinese manufacturing and doing business function. Clearly they operate without laws that protect designs, but apart from that, the business model of these factories is so idiotically simple (if something sells, copy that, and if possible with less and cheaper materials) that I can not help thinking that just a (in my view, but that may precisely be a barrier) very simple upgrade to this model (...and look what proved faulty about the design and make it better) would make much better business. People over there are smart enough, it is some brute mentality that causes these brainless copy machines.

So will someone order the clone and compare it to the oruginal?

Does the level of intimidation correlate with the depth of the love?

Oh hell no...not on this end. I prefer to stick with the tried and true before I do something that can benefit an imposter ;)

Seems to me if I rember right EE x6 was a copy of a much more expensive light, just saying

Sorry, but what it seems to indicate, is that the " Our company supplys exclusively the large current and copper substrate X6 flashlight to Banggood" means that they are talking about the ones with the copper mcpcb.

they don`t say anything about the host itself! So they may be still selling the hosts with the same logo?

When I order my next one I will be sure to order from Banggood. I will accept no substitutes
Thank you for the alert of imposters!

How do we know that this post by “Song Sheng” isn’t bogus.
To me his English is perfect for stretches and then reverts to Chinglish for spells in an artificial sort of way.
First time post, just happens to be at a time this light has an issue? Could be a prankster.
Point is, one can never be sure of anything.

It could be banggood postin’
Just sayin’

The only way to be sure is for someone to go there. Any takers at their own expense?

Banggood said it was a fake and considering there is no reason on my end to doubt him I have no reason to doubt the rest. It isn't like we are talking big money :)

There's a million and one flashlight types out there already. Coming up with new ideas is hard and expensive. Cloning someone else's light that is popular, is much cheaper and it has been proven over and over that it works! Very simple, very smart, sell it at a dollar less and people will buy. Keep doing that over and over and people will buy again and again. Keep changing the names and websites of the few factories out there and the few dealers out there and they can continue to fool the general public for an endless amount of time. It really is not stupid, nor is it a failure. It is successful and has been for a very long time. Copies of copies works, as long as it is a lower price and it has been that way long enough that we now demand that lower price, expect it, desire it, beyond all else. We meaning the majority of the buying public, including the BLF buying public. Low price is everything, because if it was not, all this stuff would not be happening to every item you can think of, from watches, to clothes, to tablets, to everything.

They are not stupid, they are very smart and devious. How many of these "Dealers" really exist and how many are just "sister sites"? You would be very surprised at who you are really buying from. Bottom line is sales and that's what they do. Each and every one of them.

I'm going to buy one from Tmart, just to see what it's like and as far as Banggood loyalty? No way after their cutthroat tactics. I have no loyalty to any of these manufacturers or dealers any more. Just give me the best price, because it's mostly a bunch of junk and real hit or miss quality anyhow.

China is following the steps along the same path that Britan and the US took, the path that got us where we are today.
We have a business model that costs the Earth.

Neal from banggood has been MIA for about 7 days now. He has not replied to any of my emails. Is he the owner or an employee?

Maybe he went on an extended fishing trip?
